Since studying how the super rich become wealthy it has opened my eyes to the things they do that 99% of the population don’t.
One of them is the way they see money.
The super rich see money as a tool to be utilised to create more money. Every dollar is like a soldier and if it’s not out there fighting and recruiting more soldiers, it’s a waste.
You see, most people think the super wealthy get there by buying and selling assets. You know, flipping houses & businesses, selling shares, trading options, etc.
This is fundamentally flawed. Yes you can make money doing this, however it’s not the key to true wealth.
The reality is this…
The super wealthy get there by accumulating yield generating assets. Properties, homes, businesses, dividend paying stocks… are all forms of yield generating assets.
These assets generate a regular dividend which is used as income and to re-invest into further cash generating assets.
Rinse and repeat…
That’s it, pure and simple. No bells and whistles, just consistent and somewhat boring accumulation of yield generating assets.
They rarely sell anything!
