How to Think and Grow Rich

On average, someone would read about 12 books a year. A millionaire reads double that.

One of the GAMECHANGER BOOKS in my life that I wanted to share is one written all the way back in 1937. 

It is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. He summarises lessons from over 500 of the greatest minds of the 20th century. He interviewed people like John D. Rockefeller, Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford, and Thomas Edison and asked them: How do you become successful?

And isn’t that a question we all want to be answered?

Here are 3 of MANY lessons that changed mine:

1. You are solely responsible for your own destiny.

No matter your environment, your circumstances, or the situation you are dealing with, you have to firmly understand and believe that the only person responsible for your life, future, and destiny is YOU. By taking massive accountability for your life, you can take back POWER and realise that you can make decisions and create any life you want.

2. You need a vision (otherwise, where are you even going?)

Building good habits, knowledge, and foundation is great but if you have no clear-cut goal, there is no point. This is where you should have detailed clarity of the destination you’re looking to achieve. May that be financial freedom, paying off your debts, acquiring millions of dollars?

3. Never Stop Learning 

Remember that the only constant is CHANGE. The world is always evolving, new technology is being created as you read this, and nobody truly knows what’s there for us tomorrow. But in a fast-paced world, you need to be ahead of everyone else and that’s by LEARNING. 

Most of the people Hill interviewed were just at the right time and found ways to harness new learnings for their advantage. By understanding EVERYTHING they can, they understood HOW to make their destiny a reality! From Thomas Edison with lightbulbs and Henry Ford with motors to even making money. 

That’s the most important lesson that you can adopt! In this new world of digital assets, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology, the only way to gain SUCCESS is to LEARN!
